The short version: We collect your email address and the details you type into our tools so we can generate your letter/contract and send you a copy. We don't sell your data. We use trusted third parties (listed below) to send emails and process AI generation. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how GetPaidTrade ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use getpaidtrade.co.uk (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.

Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to perform their specific function and is bound by their own privacy and data protection obligations.
We retain your email address and account data for as long as you have an active relationship with GetPaidTrade, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
Job/dispute details entered into our tools (customer names, amounts, descriptions) are used to generate your document in real time and are not permanently stored by us beyond what's necessary to deliver your generated content via email.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure third-party infrastructure, to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function and basic analytics via Google Search Console to understand site performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
The Service is intended for business use by adults operating as tradespeople or small business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
